•Being a City Manager Responsible for:-
Retail Operations & Administration:
New store openings ensuring set opening dates are met and operand standards are maintained.
Achieve Financial and operational targets for all aspects of store operation while maintaining a high customer satisfaction level.
Customer Services & Retail Operations:
CS Monitoring, Quality Assurance and customer experience management at Daraz CS Center.
Ensure implementation of all new Initiatives , SOP and specific plans
Brand Visibility:
Coordinate for trade marketing activities regarding Brand Visibility, BTL activities, trade promotions, Market Splash, channel awareness, business development and special events in the City.
Ensure the visibility of the Outlets branding
Planning:
Identify un-tapped areas in the assigned city and guide teams to increase APP penetration.
Plan with Regional Sales Manager for localized promos in city of low performance Branches and low network utilization
Team Management & Supervision:
Ensure that staff are fully trained and equipped with company product knowledge
To make periodic visits to the Branches and ensure stock availability in the entire City
To ensure that the Vendors stay abreast with all the developments in terms of SOP’s, discipline and Trade Promotions
Business Development:
Coordinate with the Marketing, Dforce, Dukaan, SourceCo teams to met the target of Monthly GMV.
Ensure all Offline Branding visibility initiatives KPIs
Human Resources:
Training and development of Territory and Branch Managers
Hiring and Resource allocation
Site Hunting:
Identify the areas and Plan new site with Regional Manager
Agreement and Rental negotiation with Landlords as per the company policy
Liaison with Finance , Vendor Operations, and Marketing for taking the site live.
• Reporting, data interpretation and quantitative analysis
• Prepare B2B Cash flow, collection & recovery MTD’s dashboards
• Sales analysis with B2B blocking dashboards
• Customer life cycle and Lead Management dashboards
• Show results both operationally and strategically
• Performance Visibility for different Channels and teams
• Responsible for maintaining Corporate Customer database
• Build relationship with B2B teams to develop an effective information base
